Topeak Power Lever X Tool Description:

The Topeak Power Lever X Tool combines the tools for some common trail side repairs into one ingenious design. When joined together, this tool can be used to separate a quick link/master link on a multi-speed chain so it can be untangled and then put back on the bike. Separate, each arm becomes a robust tire lever that can work stubborn folding bead and tubeless tires off the rim so a flat can be repaired. There is even a presta valve core removal/installation tool integrated in this design so when it is time to remount the tire, air can be pumped into a wide open valve to quickly seat the tire. Best of all, robust engineering grade polymer and hardened steel construction ensures this tool can withstand abuse, and the folded dimensions allow this tool to be easily stashed so it is ready when needed.

Note: To properly fix a broken link within a chain, a separate chain breaker tool is required to separate the damaged chain link from the rest of the chain. Power Lever X Tool does not include a chain breaker tool or the quick link/master link to join the chain together.

• Stout engineering grade polymer construction is safe for use on any rim, and is reinforced with hardened steel where the tool will be contacting the chain for extra stiffness and strength
• When connected, the two levers connect to form a heavy duty set of pliers that can separate any stubborn multi-speed chain quick link, and when the levers are flipped they can be used to snap a quick link together
• Separated, this tool becomes two very strong tire levers that have the necessary stuff to dismount tight tire beads
• Handle has a storage pocket for a chain quick link/master link (link will not be included with this tool and are available separately)
• Integrated presta valve core removal/installation tool means the valve can be removed to install sealant and/or for rapidly inflating a tubeless tire to seat it on the rim
• Chain hook is stored within the handle that can be used to hold the ends of the chain close together when installing the quick link/master link, freeing up the users hands to connect the chain using the pliers
• Stored dimensions are 6×1.3×1 and this tool only weighs 93 grams so it can easily be stashed in a pocket, in a hydration pack, or within many forms of on-bike storage
