• This could be used on childrens bikes as well as these are often used by people to replace a longer reach stem on their childs bike as it has a reduced stem reach length for children with shorter arms
• Very good chrome finish, not sure when or where it was made but it certainly was good quality chrome unlike many chinese made items of today
